That electricity is used not just for lights, music and computers, but to drive routers, belt sanders, vacuums
and other power tools and a few years ago, lit a full 30+ website server for months on end. The Sailor/Physicist has helped KCK refine the
airfoil profile and we brought in wood carvers such as old Rod, who happens to be Jerry's next door neighbor and long time friend and yatch interior designers for better
construction techniques. Sailors (and others) all comment on how beatufiul and quietly they run, and critics with meters are stunned by the
performance differences between our blades and established firms, such as Bergey and South West Wind Power who has sold more wind gens than anyone else.
In our second year of testing we brought a High Speed Turbine Blade Designer onboard (huge
jet engines) for some radical cuts. We have several airfoils we
are patenting, that our NASA Guru says have never been used before and
show great performance charateristics compared to standard profiles in the industry.
Most airfoils you buy on most gens are either inefficient hollow metal blades or profiles based on NACA data back in the 1930's through the 1950's. We make those two.
And we make cuts you've never seen that are flat-out, non=stop rippers. We have a lot of fun doing it. So can you!
It's always a blast to watch the NASA Guru and the Turbine Guru debate airfoil shapes; all three of us are sailors, we go for a 'gung-ho' approach to output
and we three understand ebb and flood, flow and separation, as integral joys in of our lives.
We get a bit melancholoy on windless days and as I type this now, lile Old NASA Jerry is half way to Hawaii on his annual migration to Alask and back by autumn.
To settle their debates, the WindGenZen shop simply carves a new prop
and tests their theories live. Works for us and everyone benefits.

and then test various shapes in the ocean's

The sailor,
NASA Jerry, a NASA Ames Physicist, worked in wind tunnels for over
four decades, worked on 'hush' planes, synthesized DNA
in ice under 'meteor impact' and carved
and used variations of this airfoil for over 25 years on his sailboat.
He's flown them on his trips across the Pacific
from California to Hawaii to Alaska and with 50 pounds
of books and charts on airfoil design, theory and actual tests, taught a teacher at KCK how to carve them very nicely indeed...I must say, as do our customers. and
even World Famous WInd Generator experts,
